Taylor is an adjunct professor at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI. He teaches a class on the business side of Illustration, Professional Practices, and a class on drawing in pen and ink, Advanced Inking Techniques, which has been a part of the illustration department since 2013. Due to Advanced Inking's consistent student demand, it has become a required course in the Illustration Department's curriculum.
